Where is this place?

• At the far southeastern corner of the forest.
• It is hidden by a magical barrier of bushes.

How do I get past the barrier?

• Magic users can cast the Trigger spell.
• If you know acrobatics, you can jump over them.
• Otherwise, you must say the magical phrase.

Where can I learn the magical phrase?

• Leshy knows the phrase.
• If you help Leshy, he will tell you the phrase.
• The gypsies also know the phrase.
• You must help them too before they will tell you the phrase.

The skull won't let me pass!

• He wants a favor.
• Get him something to keep the sun out of his eye.
• Find a hat and give it to him, and the skull will let you pass.

Where can I get a hat?

• Someone from town has a hat.
• That someone is Nikolai.
• You must reunite Anna with Nikolai first.
• Ask Nikolai for his hat, and he will give it to you.

The hut won't let me in!

• It must remember you from Spielburg.
• Give it something.
• It's hungry, just like Baba Yaga.
• Corn will satisfy it's hunger.

Where can I get some corn?

• Take some from the stalks at the town gates.

Baba Yaga turned me into a frog!

• What goes around comes around.
• Maybe you could talk your way out of this one.
• Tell Baba Yaga about the gnome, and she will be willing to help you, for a price.

Baba Yaga wants an Elderbury Pie.  Where can I find one?

• You must make it from scratch.
• Get the ingredients from Bonehead.
• They are: a pie pan, bone meal, grue goo, and, of course, elderbury berries!

Where do I get a pie pan?

• Buy one from the General Store.

How do I make bone meal?

• You need to use Baba Yaga's mortar and pestle.
• Put some bones inside, and use the pestle to grind them up.

Where do I get some bones?

• You can find some at the swamp or from a Wraith's mound.

How do I pick up the bone meal from the mortar?

• Use an empty flask, silly.  (Don't dare ask where you can find an empty flask).

How can I get some Elderbury berries?

• There are a couple of methods, depending on your character's skills.
• First you must knock some berries off the bush.
• Use rocks or the Force Bolt spell to do this.

How do I get the berries I knocked off the bush?

• Wizards can simply use the Fetch spell.
• Fighters, Thieves, and Paladins must pick them up by hand.

How do I pick up the berries without getting killed?

• You must distract the bush first.
• The rubber chicken will make a good distraction.
• Place the rubber chicken on the ground.
• Grab the berries quickly.

Where can I find a rubber chicken?

• Somebody from town has one.
• Punny Bones has it in his bedroom.
• Touch it, and he will let you keep it.

I have all the ingredients.  Now what?

• Put all the ingredients in the pie pan.
• Give it to Bonehead so that he can cook it for you.

What does Baba Yaga have that I need?

• Three things.
• The first thing is the cure for the Gnome's lost sense of humor.  Baba Yaga will give you this in exchange for the lovely pie.
• Baba Yaga also has the Hide spell and the Breath Ritual.

How can I get the Hide spell and Breath Ritual?

• You will have to visit Baba Yaga again.
• Food can buy anything from her.
• She will give you each for one garlic apiece.
• If you didn't bring garlic with you, she'll take you instead.
